Really good, really friendly staff even having to deal with a bazillion tourists on a regular basis. Food was always good and got to us quickly. Walking distance from our hotel and always a good go to when we wanted something easy to eat. Better than average for sure.

I mean, it is a waffle house. We came during what must have been "people in their 40s acting like they are drunk teenagers night." There were just way too many people in their 40-50s trash talking and belligerently drunk. It was embarrassing for everyone lol. I salute the people working here for having to put up with way too many of that nonsense. As always, the hashbrowns are the bomb-diggity. I dont know of any other places that can make hashbrowns the way I want them other than WaHo. I asked for extra crispy, and that is exactly what I got... lol... although some parts were a bit burned off, I was a-ok with it. The food is highly greasy, and I cringed as I watched their female cook put in FIVE small ladles of oil for some scrambled eggs - oh my god!!! that made me so queasy. I felt bad for whoever had to eat that!! Anyway, it is a-ok.

Food was what you get at every Waffle House. "Okay." Service was excellent, though. With a packed Sunday morning crowd, there were a million worker bees and all were very friendly and efficient.

what can you say about Waffle House this is a great place to come and have some food after a night of drinking. stop here with some friends because it was close to our hotel Waffle house never leaves you disappointed everything is made fresh and right in front of your face. I had the hash browns ordered extra crispy with with sausage gravy on top. the servers were awesome place was clean ya gotta love the Waffle House

Great service and great food. After craving some hashbrowns for two days my family an I stopped in this waffle house and they did not disappoint. The waitresses were very friendly especially to my kids and the food came out fast. The hashbrowns and everything else were great! Can't wait to come back.

House renovation over Christmas, closest dining Waffle House, a new and shiny Waffle., The music was pumping on Christmas Day morning, everyone was super cheerful, my favorite - bacon and sunny eggs squeezed between two pieces of toast with some grits on the side and the local fire department chowing down next to us, yummy on both counts.

Live down the street. Came here for breakfast. Say for 15 minutes without anyone coming to talk to me. It was terrible. Don't recommend this one. I think they get too many drunk tourists and they hate everyone. I recommend the one on back beach rd.

Like any other Waffle House, the only thing here is it's packed with vacationers during times but during off season a you can usually get in and out fairly quickly.

Worst Waffle House service I have ever ever had. Took 10-15 min to acknowledge we were sitting with only 3 other table in the place ... Another 5 minutes to take our drink order and finally place food order. ANOTHER 10 to get the WRONG FOOD!!!!

The locals love this place. The food is very afforable here. Waffle houses are all out dated dingy diners. The food is greasy and blah. My friends swear they have the best chicken and eggs, heavenly hash, and chilli. Honestly, I used to come here years ago after a drunk night out at spinnakers. I wouldn't eat here sober.

The quality is really one star worth but you know that when you go in so I guess you could say it exceeded my expectations? Thank god it's cheap. The staff clearly hates their life and are quite an interesting crowd. Surprisingly the breakfast wrap (reads: breakfast burrito) wasn't too bad and was super cheap. Just don't add a breakfast sandwich too cause that's extremely grungy and just too much, though all still much less than $10.

If you've never been to Waffle House, then you need to. But if you've already experienced it, there's really no need to go back. If you can imagine a cheap, dirty, down south diner that specializes in waffles and a weird staff, then you have found every single Waffle House in the country. If you are looking for a fast breakfast that taste "ok" and doesn't cost much at all, AND you are looking for an adventure/experience to tell your friends about then go to Waffle House. It won't disappoint. (unless you're expecting a nice place to eat.)

I came down to PC Beach with a few of my friends. While my friend was competing in the Iron Man, the rest of us had breakfast. Our salesperson (not waitress), Brenda served us. I ordered the All Star Special breakfast with a waffle, hash browns, sausage, toast, and over easy eggs. Time passed and we noticed that every one who had arrived after us were already eating! On top of that, we noticed the grill wasn't fired up any more. We asked Brenda if our order was ready and she quickly apologized and made sure our order was being cooked. She came on by later and stated that all of our meals would be taken care of! Wow! We didn't expect that! It was a nice surprise. Overall, it was a good first dining experience despite having to wait a little longer for our food. One thing that I missed out on was the waffle. I think Brenda forgot, but I let it go since the meals were all free. We decided to go for a second visit two days later and we had Brenda again! She remembered us! Of course we were probably one of the very few Asian people she served, so how could she forget? :) I got the All Star Special again and this time I got to try the waffle - not too sweet or dry, perfect texture of crispy and softness. The waffle was worth the second visit! :) Brenda was awesome. She took the time to make sure she got our order right. She even stopped by to chat with us. As we parted ways, Brenda came out and returned the camera my friend left at the table - it was supposed to be her big tip. Brenda helped us take pictures in front of Waffle House - she's so sweet. Overall, we had our dose of the infamous Waffle House and I was glad I got to try it. If I'm ever down in PC Beach again, I would definitely go to THIS Waffle House.

What a coincidence. I ate at this very same restaurant the weekend of the Iron Man as well. A buddy of mine was busy competing in the event so a group of friends and I decided to stop by for a quick bite. I believe Waffle House is plentiful in this part of Florida. I saw one every 5 minutes driving down the highway. No joke! If you enjoy breakfast food then check it out. The food is quite filling, price isn't too bad, service is great and the atmosphere...friendly. Nothing new or spectacular but grits! Mmmmmm...can't get that at your nearest Denny's. Or can you? Well, regardless, I liked the option of selecting that or eggs with my All Star Special. I am not big on waffles but the ones here are of the right portion and they taste great. Not too crispy, not too soft. Waffle House...service with a smile!

Mmm, Waffle House. This was one of the better of the three we stopped at along our route from NYC to Florida.Sunday morning and we got the A Team: Quick service, correct orders (for once!), and smiling faces. They're a little slow to refill the coffee, so don't count on multiple cups. It's in, eat, and out, as evident by the line out the door. It's a good show. Good biscuits and grits with toppings. Cheap and filling, this is a great post Ironman breakfast.
